2009 CO2 emissions (Total; Per Capita; Per GDP) from fossil fuel use and cement production

The Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (or Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving; PBL) has been publishing its own estimation of global CO2 emissions from fossil fuel combustion and cement production.
Its latest estimation is out. I tried to rank countries according to their (1) total emissions, (2) emissions per capita, and (3) emissions per GDP-PPP.
